I really enjoy the overall technology behind 6sense and it's ability to determine who is actively showing intent in your product or product category. I also enjoy how easily it integrates into our SFDC instance as it allows our sales team members to be able to see their hot, warm, and cold leads. Our social team also loves the ability to use segments to create super personalized ad campaigns for our entire prospect base but also for our ABM team efforts. The capabilities of Revenue AI is impressive to eliminate a lot of manual prospecting work, questions around company engagement history, etc. It really gives a clear direction for customers like us to focus on quality targeting for marketing and sales as well as customized engagement.
I love how the predictive model encompasses the 1st party engagement from GTM teams as well as 3rd party data very nicely. There are enough customization features to make sure certain behaviors are tracked.

For instance, it would be great if triggering conversational emails could incorporate data decision splits rather than relying solely on reports.
