While the course was incredibly thorough, it was a bit like drinking from the firehose without baking practical application into the course. If the course were to be revised, I recommend creating a 'practical application' course where the learner applies what they learn and an expert from 6sense walks through the set up to make sure the learner grasped all the concepts. We specifically love the integration features withour existing CRM and marketing automation tools, which made adoption and usability quite seamless. Additionally, it eliminates guesswork, which allows us to allocate our resources within a scrappy, relatively small team more effectively. 6sense provides a robust set of ABM analytics that help us determine which segments are giving the most value for our business. Additionally, 6sense has a unique set of targeting capabilities that make targeting specific segments with different intent levels possible on other platforms like LinkedIn where the capabilities may not be there. Not only is that benefitting us by making that targeting possible and precise, but it makes it easier as we don't have to find indirect, workaround solutions to make that targeting possible. The capabilities of Revenue AI is impressive to eliminate a lot of manual prospecting work, questions around company engagement history, etc. It really gives a clear direction for customers like us to focus on quality targeting for marketing and sales as well as customized engagement.

I love how the predictive model encompasses the 1st party engagement from GTM teams as well as 3rd party data very nicely. There are enough customization features to make sure certain behaviors are tracked.

There are some quirks. Some workflows and integrations could be smoother, and keeping your data clean is key—otherwise, you might need workarounds to get campaigns running the way you want. What do you like best about 6sense Revenue AI for Marketing?

Overall, 6sense helps bridge the gap between sales and marketing and give more insight into what people are interested in. My marketing team uses 6sense every day. It help sales and marketing teams align around the most important account lists, making it easier to move prospects through the pipeline. 6sense also makes deploying ads fairly easy on the marketing side. We are able to delploy several campaigns that are customizable to persona, company size and other important demographics. We have had great customer support and feel like 6sense is always willing to dive in and collaborate to come up with new ideas or solutions we need. I think some better reporting is needed especially for collaborating with sales. There is also a pretty big learning curve when it comes to using the platform it its entirety which has affected us getting sales to incorporate it into their day-to-day workflow. Getting started with this platform has been a bit of a learning curve—it’s not the most intuitive system out of the box. We leaned heavily on manuals and guides in the beginning. While some features are well-developed, others could use some refinement, and there’s definitely potential for it to become even "smarter" down the line. For instance, it would be great if triggering conversational emails could incorporate data decision splits rather than relying solely on reports. Setting up workflows for different teams can also feel a bit overwhelming. Not only is their UI the easiest to navigate, but their intent signals are also the best of any AI platform I've used. Their customer support is absolutely top notch, and our reps have always been knowledgable and responsive. We were also able to implement in record time thanks to their implementation specialists.
