What do you like best about 42?

I have been working with 42Technologies solution for a few months now, and so far it has been great. The team is super friendly and definitely smooth implementation process. I use the tool weekly for international reports, and it is super friendly to use. As any point if I want to create new reports or bring up new idea, their customer support will help and guide me if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 42?

Of course we are all so use to using Excel, that we want to this technologies to work almost in the same way. Some areas of the system might need improvement in this regard, but the team is actively working toward improvments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 42 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think 42 helps us look at our numbers in a different lense. It is also a 1 place for all where you can have retail, online, traffic, stock... everything in one place and easly compare these values side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 42?

It is extremely user friendly and so easy to navigate! I have used many corporate selling report tools and 42 Technologies is by far the best I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the grid view could be exported to excel, currently it can only be exported to PDF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 42?

The data 42 provides helps tremendously compared to shopify reporting. I'm able to pull data and reports along with using their different tools to get in depth and specific data needed. Also the team is great, especially Erica who was a pleasure working with during onboarding and post along with Sara who is very responsive and helpful. 42 technologies is a phenomenal product that has revolutionized how we do business commercials. What we like best is the team is so adaptable in evolving the product to meet the business needs, whether that's new product filters or merging a new data source. What problems is 42 solving and how is that benefiting you?

42 allows us to see all our data in one place. No more merging huge spreadsheets of data in order to produce the most basic reports. The user interface is very accessible and it's saved our retail teams heaps of time in having self-service access to the information they need to make informed commercial decisions. The application itself is adaptive to mobile too, so it makes it even better at getting a top-level snapshot of how a particular unit, category, store or region is performing by the hour. We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform. The reporting isn't built for a merchandiser. 42 has synced our Warehouse management system, our store POS and Shopify to give us comprehensive reporting across all platforms giving us better visibility into our young business than we've ever had! What do you like best about 42?

The ability to see pictures along with selling information, how many metrics you can apply, that we can look at omni business & inventory, the speed 42 pulls info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
