How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Unlike the competition 3CX does not charge per extension, instead licensing is based on simultaneous calls, greatly reducing costs. In addition 3CX does not lock you in to any vendor. Its open platform solution allows you to choose your own IP Phones & SIP trunks. Besides, all features are included in the price without requiring add on costs.

What do you like best about 3CX?

We have used 3cx for 5 years and you are not locked in to proprietary hardware. 3cx is very powerful and has great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

Not really much to dislike. the product is solid but you do need to keep your windows server updated. The on hold music options could be better but they have improved it in the last version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can take calls on mobiles and dial from outlook Gmail etc. time saving.

What do you like best about 3CX?

Easy recording of messages, transferring phones or setting up automated answering when office is closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

Not as intuitive for beginning users - many buttons to push before being able to transfer calls, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

When needing to re-record messages the time saving is priceless. When the office is closed the ease at which turning on auto-answering is quick and easy and also a time saver, and stress reliever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can really create any sort of call routing you want/need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

Can be difficult to setup when your routing gets large. Need to be able to split open hours by department by days / holidays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
