What do you like best about 3CX?

It is easier to make,receive and transfer calls using this tool.It supports wide ranges of software and hardware endpoints,allowing organisations to choose the devices and platforms that suits their needs.3CX allows quick changes in a fast-paced environment with critical situations.I like the efficiency of this software and highly recommend it. What do you dislike about 3CX?

No dislikes at all.Its the perfect tool for all communication requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

With 3cx i can make both external and internal calls using a VOIP or headphones attached on my PC.From its management dashboards,i can create the internal numbers and be able to send welcome mails to make installation for clients easier.The program is automatically launched during Windows startup and stays minimized in the task bar.The options of having call recording and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worthy having this system.It makes everything simple and effective as it allows me to be able to make changes to call forwarding or be able to block off holidays instead having to call any change in. What do you like best about 3CX?

New features each year. Has a good address book and integration with smart phones. I liked being able to use older desktop phones that the users were familiar with. It didn't drop support for those phones and force me to buy new models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3CX?

The pricing continued to increase each year. I started at $150 a year then it grew to over $700. My perpetual license was switched without notice to a required subscription license. Support said I was supposed to read a forum post.

I could never get the share screen feature to work in the web meetings. Seemed to be firewall issues on either end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
