What I love most about 360SMS is its integration with Salesforce. The app blends into the Salesforce environment, making it easy to navigate. While 360SMS is generally robust, I find the scheduling options for dynamic reports a bit limited. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility in scheduling SMS based on dynamic report criteria. Please correct me if this is possible with the 360SMSApp. Also, a feature to streamline the process of handling incoming messages, like automated categorisation, would enhance our user experience. I have been using this SMS product integrated with Salesforce for several months now, and I must say, it has completely transformed the way we handle our sales communication. 360 SMS is a native salesforce application. Unlike other 3rd party SMS/CTI apps, 360 SMS has all the data and the configurations stored in Salesforce. It's a very flexible tool for creating automations for sending messages, scheduling them to go on a specified date and most importantly on a specified time. It also considers the customer's time zones for sending the messages so you don't have to worry about the messages getting delivered at odd times.
It also has a chat bot functionality which when combined with flows can be used to gather customer insights by sending the meaningful questions and capturing their responses in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
