Additionally, I noticed a major drawback where the default user is set in profiles or any call labels. My suggestion is to make it group-dependent, ensuring that every user receives calls equally. This adjustment would contribute to a more balanced distribution of calls among our team members.

What do you like best about 360 CTI?

The best thing about 360 CTI is that it has the facility of missed call forwarding and you can also do call recording.The Out of office functionality is also helping alot when our member is offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The call will involve one of your cell phone when you are calling to your salesforce lead or contact.You will call one of your salesforce lead and it first ring to your cell phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 360 CTI?

The best thing about this app is that you can dial the number from the softphone which is on the utility bar of the CTI app where you can see your outgoing ,incoming ,missed calls,your contacts.

The missed call forwarding functionality is also there . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 360 CTI?

I face some problem when doing bulk calling to our customers .Otherwise the app is a good software to use for a bulk calling facility and to avoid any inconvenience to your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 360 CTI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The 360 CTI helps is dailing the customers right from there softphone .You can record the calls and save a minutes of meeting at the time of calling itself and that notes will save on the lead or contact record which we can refer anytime to check what has been discussed over the last call.
