11Sight is easy to set up and in minutes I'm calling my mates and colleagues. The mobile app is superb and much better than the current web UI implementation. Also, there's real-time transcription, CNAME for custom branding, meeting recordings, amongst others. You can set up buttons on your website so your customers can message or even video call you directly if you're available. There are just so many features that are working right now! Simply share a link of the meeting room with your meeting participants, and they'll be able to connect to the meeting using their browser (Chrome, Safari, and others) without having to download or install any additional software. The 11Sight main dashboard's User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are a bit intimidating, especially for new users of the software.
