With 11sight we can now have online meetings but also on-demand phone calls directly from our website, meeting rooms and so much more. For the time being I am missing breakout rooms (zoom feature), otherwise I can't think right now of any other shortcoming from this app. I am very well aware that right now the app is still in a growing phase and I am confident the developer will be listeing to their customer base. 11Sight is easy to set up and in minutes I'm calling my mates and colleagues. The mobile app is superb and much better than the current web UI implementation. Also, there's real-time transcription, CNAME for custom branding, meeting recordings, amongst others. You can set up buttons on your website so your customers can message or even video call you directly if you're available. There are just so many features that are working right now! Simply share a link of the meeting room with your meeting participants, and they'll be able to connect to the meeting using their browser (Chrome, Safari, and others) without having to download or install any additional software. The 11Sight main dashboard's User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are a bit intimidating, especially for new users of the software. The software could really use some badly needed interface simplification to improve the overall user experience and ease of use. Luckily, the new UI/UX will be rolled out in February 2022! Yay! Using a short URL to share and have people hold a web call or conference with you, as well as the ability to add users, utilize a mobile app, and brand the entire experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike right now is the fact that you cannot start and stop a recording during a call....you have to decide to record before you start the call, and you can only record the entire thing versus parts of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is not so easy for the first time. Some problems when I used my own Custom CNAME which was caused by my browser on mobile phones. You may solve it easy (but one step to go more). They promised a new GUI, which I am looking forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
