11Sight is so powerful and customisable that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are hard to understand.

So I work hard on that, and now I can use 11Sight at 100%.

For me, 11Sight is a game-changer, their functionality can easily replace phone calls and other vmeet platforms. I've used for audio calls, video calls and virtual meetings, and it is easy to connect with clients elevating the user experience through simplicity and instant connection. Limited options to brand and customise to match you own branding – but stability and ease of use is my main priority so I can live with the 11sight branding.

I had two dislikes.

1. I cannot change my company name once after all my profile setup was finished.

I like that everyone can call me or have a meeting by simply clicking on link - no installs or registration necessary.

Settings ux is outdated and a bit messy.
