Its fully GDPR-adherent session recording function lets us archive coaching content legally for internal reuse, fully fitting German corporate data protection standards. Besides, the built-in screen sharing and real-time annotation functions help me explain training points clearly and deliver targeted instant guidance during interactive workshops efficiently.

**What do you dislike about 11Sight?**

The platform falls short in professional training data statistics and refined progress reporting, which cannot satisfy our regular coaching effect evaluation needs. It offers very few personalized brand settings and adjustable coaching process templates, making it hard to match diverse client L&D systems. In addition, technical support replies tend to lag in busy working hours, which may affect our scheduled formal coaching arrangements.

11Sight is easy to set up and in minutes I'm calling my mates and colleagues. The mobile app is superb and much better than the current web UI implementation. Also, there's real-time transcription, CNAME for custom branding, meeting recordings, amongst others. You can set up buttons on your website so your customers can message or even video call you directly if you're available. There are just so many features that are working right now! And most of all, support is amazing. That's my number one criteria for choosing my preferred tools.

The web interface. There are so many features and navigation isn't very intuitive. They're planning to release a brand-new dashboard in a few weeks and I'm so looking forward to that.

The UI is not so easy for the first time. Some problems when I used my own Custom CNAME which was caused by my browser on mobile phones. You may solve it easy (but one step to go more). They promised a new GUI, which I am looking forward.
