Very well documented. The support team responds quickly through the dedicated slack channel. The servers they provided offer low latency and good audio/video clarity. The SDK handles everything from communicating with servers to encoding/decoding transmission. They've also offered a plug-n-play UI element to render videos from other users, which takes care of varying video quality based on network stability. No criticisms. I prefer their SDK handled foreground service on Android to keep rooms running in the background. For the time being, developers are required to take this on their own, which is not appealing when you are not working on native platforms and have little to no experience in the field.
