What do you like best about 1-800Accountant?

Nothing. Awful, chaotic, time suck of a mistake Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1-800Accountant?

Ugh, the chaos. I have been a customer for 23 LONG days and am now asking for a full refund. This is NOT for solopreneurs, and I can't imagine it would be a good fit for anyone. I am frustrated at the lack of communication when I attempted to salvage the relationship - no one responded. You did me a favor.

P.S. Beware if they tell you you can get a refund if you cancel with them within the first 30 days. They are keeping $692 for my 23 days with them, for which I have received no services (!!!!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 1-800Accountant solving and how is that benefiting you?

1-800Accountant has cost me time and money. And they're the gift that keeps on giving because they've left me without an accountant at the moment that my taxes are due, so coming up - fees and penalties on my taxes due to their negligence. What do you like best about 1-800Accountant?

The thing I liked the most was the messaging and chat feature that allows you to directly send messages to your accountant. They are not always quick to respond, but they do eventually get back to you. I also like the ability to schedule an appointment with the accountant if you have that service available to you. What do you dislike about 1-800Accountant?

The account reconciliation features are not the easiest to navigate and the reports feature is also not the greatest. I've used some other online accounting software for small businesses that are much more user-friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 1-800Accountant solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to file my business and peronal taxes through them this year, but both were late and I had to file extensions. They didn't do a great job of letting me know when things needed to be submitted to them to give them enough time to make sure the documents were submitted to the IRS on time. Communication was not the greatest after they sell you the product and service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
