I think a live chat integration would be great for most companies as it allows the problem to be resolved faster, apart from the fact that most people don't have the time to email or call the company.
It would be fantastic to have more flexible logic/rules regarding sending CSAT surveys. Being able to send CSAT surveys on X% of tickets would be fantastic.
Sometimes we can get locked out of our Zendesk, such as password issues or connection fail issues. There are times when our tickets don't update in real-time and it becomes glitchy. I would like to hear some really good side apps that are very useful for other organizations which we might consider buying if it is a huge help. I always wondered what other people use to make their life easier.
We currently have thousands of customers and might consider implementing or deploying the Chat tools for certain inquiries. Should we offer this to a limited number of customers first, or what do you consider a best strategy to try it out?
I have access to the Zendesk Support Suit, so want to get most of these tools, like how to setup them in the best way, communicate with users and build the credibility of my business.
I found the audio notification forgettable... I would like it to be more dynamic, so it catches my attention. I am a kinetic person, so a combination of visual and audio cues would help me get through the process of using Support faster.
If you embed some solution videos on the website that will help more zendesk users to find solutions regarding any problems. Because videos show the actual steps for the services we are looking for.
Aside from simply plugging keywords, tool will be better if we can add syntaxes or and command that can target words or phrases within the transcription in a way that the moment designer can narrow down into specific time, part of conversation etc.
Is there a plan for lightico to expand beyond the bt hub and on to places like insurance companies etc, basically any companies which have scripts for the staff to read out unnecessary?
