Ce que j’apprécie le plus avec OptiSigns, c’est sa simplicité d’utilisation et son interface intuitive. Il est très facile à prendre en main, même pour quelqu’un qui n’a pas l’habitude de ce genre d’outils. Un gros plus, c’est sa compatibilité avec de nombreuses applications populaires. De notre côté, on l’utilise beaucoup avec SharePoint, et l’intégration fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui nous permet d’afficher facilement des infos importantes sur nos écrans. Honnêtement, je n’ai pas rencontré de gros problèmes avec OptiSigns. Si je devais chipoter, peut-être que certaines options avancées pourraient être un peu mieux expliquées ou documentées. Optisigns is very user friendly and has really great template options that you can animate to add that extra special pizazz to your announcement boards or whatever it may be that you are displaying. Our employees especially enjoy the contents and appreciate the change up of seeing the new slides each month. On the back end, the ability to navigate through the screens, edit and create is simple and very much made with the customer in mind. I really enjoyed the ability to set-it-and-forget-it once we had it up and running and then set our schedules. The timings worked and I was thankful we could run both stills and videos on all our screens. J'ai trouvé que Canva était plus facile à naviguer que le créateur de diapositives sur Optisign. Ils travaillent peut-être sur leur site pour améliorer cela car je pense que c'était nouveau. Canva ne se traduit parfois pas bien sur Optisign même lorsque j'utilise l'application dans le logiciel. Cependant, ce n'était pas difficile de trouver une solution de contournement à ce problème. I love how OptiSigsn has been a great ray of sunshine when transitioning from one digital menu provider to them. The software is user friendly, easy to adapt to and their support team has been nothing short of amazing, always responsive and helpful in our beginning stages. I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike with OptiSigns, at the moment I am still learning the ropes. I'm not sure if this option is available or not, if not this would be what I would dislike about OptiSigns: the option when 86'ing a menu item on the POS, being able to reflect on the menu boards instantly. We used to have marguee signs with our beer and food names, but wanted to move to digital signage. After some searching we found OptiSigns. Not only is the presentation side super easy to use, but the mobile and web portals are also incredibly user friendly and make building your assets incredibly easy.
