It’s easy to set up and use. The interface is simple, and we can update screens remotely without any hassle. Deployment was quick, and the learning curve was minimal. It’s reliable—content stays live without us having to worry about it. The integrations work well with our existing systems, and customer support has been helpful whenever we’ve needed them. The analytics could be better. More detailed reporting would help track engagement and improve content effectiveness. Some integrations could use more customization to fit specific needs, and adding more built-in features would reduce the need for third-party apps. Screen Cloud has made it easy to upload and manage screens across our various locations across South Florida. This has allowed us to manage them all remotely using Screen Cloud. It has been very consistent in its uptime and rarely has given us any issues. The screen cloud boxes are dependable and are able to continue functioning even with internet interruptions.

ScreenCloud has the best in class of any end user interface. Easy to understand and intuitive allows users to quickly and easily post their messages. Customer Support is always quick and responsive to assist with any issues as well as the customer success managers connecting clients with the development team for discussion on new features. Having used several different platforms for digital signage, ScreenCloud is the most straight forward and direct approach to getting the project started. Simple, secure and effective. While ScreenCloud has multiple levels of security for users it is a bit cumbersome the way they currently have their tiers setup but still very functional. Deploying to over 1,000 locations is becoming slightly overwhelming with having to create user groups and adding each location with different security levels. The ability to customize slides and sort your content in your online portal is great, because then making slides are very easy and able to rotate a lot of them oppose to the same info.
Having an app on Google play and Fire OS makes it much easier to set up than other as we use these all day every day in 2 locations and the company, I left still uses it to this day.

ScreenCloud is incredibly easy to use, even for those without technical expertise. The intuitive interface makes content management seamless, allowing us to schedule and update screens effortlessly. The variety of integrations with platforms like Google Slides, Trello, and social media is a huge plus. The remote management feature is a lifesaver, especially for multi-location businesses. I like how easy it is to throw content up on our screens without a bunch of issues. I’ve used other programs before that were a pain in the butt, but this one just works. Setup was quick, and I didn’t have to dig through a million menus to figure things out. The best part is that I can update things from anywhere, which has saved me a lot of time. We were using an outdated and clunky digital signage software which was inconvenient to manage and its accompanying devices often had to be rebooted with no option to do so remotely. After researching affordable alternatives we found ScreenCloud, and after some testing using a free trial, I was impressed enough to bring in our department head, who agreed to make the switch. The Amazon Fire interface was easy to use and integrated perfectly into our existing hardware, and the experience was well enough received that we've added ten new screens since making the switch in 2021. The interface has only improved since then with added features and the deployment of the ScreenCloud OS devices, which now include options to do almost everything remotely as long as the devices are connected to a network and powered on. Customer support is fantastic and quick to respond with solutions. Our devices are running every day during business hours and we implement 12 playlists over 17 devices. The only downsides I've experienced were fixed after moving from the Amazon app to the ScreenCloud OS. Almost all of the issues we had were to blame on the Fire TV sticks we used to get started, which are a whole separate issue and Amazon's myriad shortcomings should not be a reflection on this software. App is not available on Samsung smart TVs and requires an Amazon Firestick or similar device. Would like to see an app that integrates LinkedIn posts and ads. The interface is easy to use and there are many applications one can take advantage of. Customer support is also very helpful - they'll personally get a video call with you to help resolve the issue you're experiencing. I think the Canvas editing tools could be finetuned more. There are elements to it that make it sometimes frustrating to use (text boxes in particular with how they resize the font when you change the size of the text window). I wish there were more minute controls/customization tools in that. Additionally, while there's the ability to group screens together, I wish that functionality also allowed me to change the operating hours for those screens in that group. Our hotel was in the market for a better digital signage solution. What we had was slow, didn't work correctly and VERY limited on functionality. After doing some checking around, we came across ScreenCloud. We were given a great demo and our questions were answered. The ease of being able to modify our content and how quickly it can be done was a huge sell! We were ready to commit right away. It helped that ScreenCloud was a better system for LESS than what we were paying prior. Getting the system setup and online was simple and maintaining it is easy.
