THere were a few bugs early on when the company first started using it, but they were resolved in a reasonable time frame. Je n'aime pas que, après avoir planifié une campagne avec une certaine segmentation, les abonnés qui sont dans le segment soient verrouillés et que la campagne ne se mette pas à jour automatiquement comme le segment le fait. Cela rend les choses difficiles lorsque nous voulons envoyer des campagnes le week-end parce que je dois attendre la veille au soir pour planifier la campagne afin de m'assurer que la segmentation est à jour.
