J'ADORE qu'ils aient des audios populaires sur la plateforme que vous pouvez ajouter aux vidéos que vous téléchargez. Surtout puisque vous ne pouvez souvent pas trouver les audios tendance sur l'outil de planification hébergé par Meta. C'est un GRAND avantage car je crée principalement des Reels pour mes clients !
Il y a beaucoup d'options pour télécharger des médias. Vous pouvez soit les ajouter à la plateforme, utiliser votre service cloud (Google Drive, Onedrive, etc.), les extraire de votre ordinateur, les télécharger via un lien, ou concevoir dans l'application ou en utilisant Canva.
Je vis dans Canva donc j'étais ravi de voir que je pouvais concevoir directement dans Canva via cette plateforme. Cependant, lorsque je l'ai testé, je ne vois aucun des dossiers de marque de mes clients. Je pense aussi que ce serait cool pour moi de tirer de Canva, au lieu de juste concevoir. Parce que 99% du temps tout est déjà conçu dans Canva, j'utilise juste un planificateur pour diffuser le contenu de manière appropriée.
Bien que je sois créatif, j'aime utiliser un peu d'IA de temps en temps pour réfléchir à des idées de légendes. J'ai testé leur outil de légende IA et j'ai été honnêtement surpris de voir à quel point il était capable de correspondre au ton. Et j'ai basculé entre différents tons pour la même phrase de base "Excité pour de nouveaux appareils". L'outil de légende IA m'a donné de bonnes idées et des hashtags potentiels à utiliser.
Pour moi, le reporting prend beaucoup de temps en général parce que j'ai l'habitude de faire les choses manuellement. Donc si je peux avoir un outil qui peut le faire pour moi, et que je peux l'envoyer à mes clients, je suis prêt à partir ! Malheureusement pour mon compte, je ne peux pas créer de rapports personnalisés. Ce n'est pas trop un problème pour moi. Je pense que ma principale préoccupation, lors de l'exportation vers un PDF, était que le rapport prenait beaucoup de pages alors qu'il n'en avait pas besoin. Il y a BEAUCOUP d'espace blanc dans les rapports PDF. Donc je sens que je devrais quand même éditer les rapports pour mes clients de toute façon.
Aussi, je suis plus fan d'héberger des pages sociales (pensez à linktree) sur mon propre site web/clients, mais pouvoir en construire une sur la plateforme est incroyable. Surtout quand vous devez rapidement éditer une page web sociale d'un client pour une offre ou un nouveau contenu qu'ils promeuvent et que nous avons besoin d'un retour rapide (plus rapide que de contacter l'équipe de développement web). Comme je l'ai mentionné, je pense que les rapports pourraient être meilleurs. Les rapports qu'il génère ont beaucoup trop d'espaces blancs, donc je ne me sentirais pas confiant de simplement les télécharger et les envoyer à mes clients.
Je pense aussi qu'ils pourraient améliorer un peu l'intégration avec Canva. Ce n'est pas une mauvaise chose, car nous concevons de toute façon des choses dans Canva. Et puis nous les téléchargeons pour les programmer. Mais s'ils pouvaient trouver un moyen où nous n'avons pas besoin de faire l'étape supplémentaire de télécharger + téléverser, et pouvons simplement téléverser directement depuis Canva, ce serait un grand avantage ! The software is great and very easy to use. So many different features but here are some of my faves:
My favourite features is the calendar and the ability to schedule and see at a glance all of your posts across multiple channels. The scheduling tool is great - giving you so many options for your posts, either reminders or auto publish but also giving the opportunity to add stuff to queue and draft. I work for a company where posts and schedules change all the time and it's super helpful.
The inbox feature is also brilliant - I have never seen this on a scheduling platform before and it makes everything so much easier because my company gets so many dms from various channels and this gives the ability to view it all at once and reply all at once.
Also shout out to the reports feature as this gives so many great insights!

Integrating the channels was super easy apart from Meta. I'm not sure whether this is vista's fault or Meta but you cannot connect an IG page for scheduling purposes on the platform without connecting to a facebook page which we just could not get to work for ages. It is 100% worth it for such an affordable price compared to other social media management tools. I have been a Community Manager for over four years and can say that I have migrated from one tool to another.
I have been using it on a daily basis for my work and I honestly like Vista Social because it is possible to manage all the accounts you’re handling from one place in a really intuitive and simple way; from scheduling posts, TikToks, and Reels to replying to a unified inbox, collaborating with your team and get advanced analytics/insights.

I love that you can have a lot of features you need when working on your business, in just one place!
I tested the dashboard and explored everything available, and was surprised at how easy it was to understand exactly what you need to do to get the results you want.

I love that this digital tool has everything in one place, you can connect multiple accounts and as a growing marketing agency, it has helped me a lot to be more organized, I like that I can also respond from the same tool to the comments and posts of the pages I manage. I find the Create Page feature really useful , you don't have to exit the app to update your most important owned content in front of your audience.

I have to say that at first, I thought it was going to be the typical app that only does scheduling, and gives you a small piece of data but this truly surprised me. My favorite part was the advocacy tool, since at my agency we'd always thought how cool it would be that all our employees could interact with our company content and even have a company track to give those who interact the most some sort of bonus, yet when we tried to create something like this in our own CRM it was hard to built and costs were high. I love the intuitive interface and ease of use with Vista Social. It's pretty easy to connect your social profiles and get going with managing your social media.
On the brighter side, it had numerous features on Vista Social. An ensemble of features includes post scheduling, inbox management, analytics, and more.

I don't like the fact that initially, Vista Social could be somewhat confusing since it provides a lot of different features and options. It does take some time getting used to the platform in order to learn how to work with it.
Of course, the least helpful feature to me was setting up the site. It took some time to link all my social profiles and really get the site configured.

Vista Social was very user friendly with a dashboard that was simple to navigate. My very favorite part about Vista Social was the simplistic connect my media accounts. It took me less than five minutes to connect a LinkedIn, an Instagram account, a Pinterest account, and a Facebook account. You simply click what you want to link based on common social media platforms and it shoots you directly out to that platform to sign-in. The only one that differed was Instagram because I just linked a page instead of an account, so I did have to navigate to that specific page on my iPhone to find the handle.
