The only thing that I dislike about this system is that it is very small font and I wish it would be a little larger. I think the priority queue could offer more options so that leads in different statuses can be seen. The fact that they can mislead you with the leads as in, when velocify gets the leads from lending tree or whom ever they need to be scrubbed and double checked for duplicate requests/leads. Changing the loan amount doesn't mean new lead. Then when we call the client is mad because they didn't request new information it was just never closed out from before.
