The limited descriptions for the metrics measured such as Interest, Commitment, and Idea. They are a little difficult to interpret for different settings that we used this data far. Additionally, it is pretty pricey for the offering. Also, the inability to data cut the Idea Screen by the Recall Questions limits our ability to generate meaningful insights.
