Two things come to mind when I think of Upguard. 1. The ease of use is amazing. Our team has added multiple users in the past year and walking them through the tool has been easy and effective. 2. Their support teams are always available and are willing to provide responses promptly. Another item that came to mind, is the ease of adding vendors for immediate review. One of the downsides of the tool is the lack of instructions for transfering a multi-factor tool. I had to transfer from one phone to a replacement and it was not very intuitive.
