Additionally, I have found both the standard reporting tool and the support team to be very helpful in generating the data necessary to track team productivity. We use it every week to review the report from the tool.

Time doctor is a great program to stay in control of your employees and ensure they are being productive. I like how easy to use the program is and how I can track each employee as a whole or individual. It also helps notify use when an employee is going to a website that should not be used during work hours. Customer support is always there to help when needed. The only thing I don’t like about Time Doctor is how it tracks paid breaks. Our employees do not need to take the full 15min or 30min break at an exact time or interval. So for example an employee takes a 5min break but then wants to take another 5min the time resets for 15min and doesn't start countdown from the previous remaining time of the break. It makes doing my payment run each month so much easier as I know the exact hours worked by my team. It's also very helpful for picking up any issues from my team - the activity reports and screenshots every 15 mins show me when a team member isn't working as they should so that I can quickly address any issues with them. Like any app, it has its hiccups. Sometimes, the activity bar pauses while tracking runs in the background, or it turns on automatically even when I’m not working. Not a deal-breaker, but a bit frustrating.

We used to use the honor system- having remote workers fill in an excel worksheet. Now I log in, print out the custom export with the start and end dates and export to excel. I also like that it shows idle time. I also have the ability to see what websites people are on. I don't use this often, but it's good to have in case there is a problem. Sometimes navigating to the right piece of data is a little difficult. J'ai été client depuis 2020 et j'ai utilisé le logiciel quotidiennement, mais mon expérience récente a été frustrante. Le système de facturation est chaotique et le support n'a pas été utile. J'ai réduit ma base d'utilisateurs pour migrer hors du logiciel, puis j'ai de nouveau augmenté avec le même nombre d'utilisateurs réduit, mais j'ai été facturé au nombre d'utilisateurs précédent, que j'ai supprimé.
Le représentant du support semblait confus, se référant à plusieurs reprises à mon ancien nombre d'utilisateurs malgré mes explications. Après de nombreux échanges, ils ont finalement compris le problème mais ont dit qu'ils devraient "enquêter" et vérifier les horodatages, retardant encore la résolution.
Pour aggraver les choses, il semble n'y avoir aucune trace de mes données historiques. Malgré la migration vers Time Doctor 2 il y a deux ans, ils continuent de prétendre qu'il s'agit d'une migration récente. La pile technologique semble boguée et peu fiable, avec des signes évidents qu'elle nécessite des tests approfondis.

Having agents who work from home and oversees time doctor has been an amazing tool to track user activity. We have been able to maximize team productivity and hire the best team members. All questions have been answered in a timely manner with a great customer support team.
