The best feature of Synthesia that I have utilized is the AI Screenrecorder. It makes creating training videos so easy, I especially like that it transcribes my voice into a script that an AI voice over can read. When adding shapes to the scene, the video automatically cuts to the start of the scene. This is not very user friendly for scenes that include several screen changes. J'ai l'abonnement personnel et je n'aime pas du tout le système de crédits - si je fais une vidéo de 2,1 minutes, cela compte pour 3 crédits. Je n'utilise pas les gestes parce que s'ils ne fonctionnent pas comme prévu, je dois éditer la vidéo et cela compte comme un autre ensemble de crédits. Cela peut être assez frustrant. Je comprends le concept des crédits mais cela ne fonctionne tout simplement pas dans l'abonnement personnel à mon avis - il serait bien mieux de permettre la génération d'une vidéo avec un filigrane pour voir les gestes/avatars en action avant de s'engager sur une vidéo finale. J'ai approché Synthesia pour créer une courte vidéo pour IGUV, une association de gestionnaires d'actifs indépendants, ciblant les gestionnaires d'actifs autorisés par la FINMA. Malheureusement, la vidéo a été rejetée par Synthesia sans fournir d'explication claire. La seule justification que nous avons reçue faisait vaguement référence aux directives de Synthesia. Malgré un examen attentif de ces directives, nous n'avons pas pu déterminer ce qui avait spécifiquement conduit au rejet.

Nous avons fait appel de cette décision via le formulaire en ligne mais avons reçu une autre réponse générique indiquant que notre contenu violait toujours leurs politiques. Aucune explication détaillée n'a été fournie, nous laissant dans l'ignorance de ce qui a causé cette décision arbitraire. Même avec des efforts et de l'imagination considérables, nous ne pouvons pas comprendre quel contenu aurait pu être problématique.

Ce manque de transparence et cette censure arbitraire nous empêchent de recommander Synthesia. Il n'y a aucun point de contact pour résoudre de tels problèmes, laissant les clients démunis et entièrement à la merci de leurs décisions inexpliquées.
