I dislike how you are unable to adjust timesheets for other users even with the sys admin role. Another thing I wasn't sold on is the budget feature - It would be nice to be able to budget based on the amount of hours required for a task not just a monetary value. Pricing is also quite steep for medium sized practices. especially for the features that are offered as part of the enterprise solution. While most of these features would only be accessed by 5-10 users in an organisation, all users within the company have to be updated at the additional $15 per month per user.
