I am exploring SuiteDash due to its excellent white labeling features, and from there, I dug deeper and understood that SuiteDash can streamline many of our daily operations. I fell in love with SuiteDash's excellent rich features, which cover many business aspects, for instance, automated CRM, client portal, digital marketing, contract and e-signature, project and task management, learning management (LMS), file exchange, secure messaging, and more. The best part is that all the features are linked to each other, whereby we only need to learn one platform and enjoy all the advanced features. The learning curve is steep due to the complex combination of advanced features. Still, it is worthwhile for us to learn about it, as we can enjoy the streamlined system features once we become familiar with and get used to the SuiteDash system. There are plenty of learning resources in the SuiteDash system like "Lifesaver," SuiteDash Academy, YouTube Channels, etc., which is super helpful, and we can learn a lot about SuiteDash from these resources. The extreme white labeling features of SuiteDash are allowing us to brand our domain and make it look professional to the customer. Client portals and file exchanges are secure platform features that make our clients feel we are experienced and that they are our premium customers, as every client's personalized portal and file transfer is super secure. The more we explore SuiteDash, the more the fantastic features attract us, and it makes us feel like YES; this is the right platform for us to stay, build, streamline, and automate our business process. What I like best about SuiteDash is how it takes so much off my plate and makes running my mobile mechanic business way easier, with the onboarding feature I evaluate potenial employees and take them through a flow-application process with-in their account.
The fact that I can offer cars and even offer to buy cars in my customers portal pages is also a big plus. My clients can have their own accounts and check their service history, invoices, and book appointments on their own. It saves me a ton of time and keeps them happy because they feel more in control.
Also, the automation features are a lifesaver; no more chasing down payments or sending reminders manually. Everything just flows smoothly, which lets me focus on what I do best—working on cars instead of drowning in admin tasks. The level of customization is another big plus because I can make the system work exactly how I need it to. Overall, SuiteDash helps me stay organized, professional, and stress-free!
When it comes to understanding the system and implementing it, its easy but I advice everyone to use the suitedash manual OR hire someone else to create a crm to their liking. It can be a time consuming task because you really have to learn the system but once you have it set up is so worth it!

The only downside was how slow the forms would load up when I embeed them into my website, but once I connected my forms to jotform. it all worked perfectly and now people can register from mywebsite and login from my website as well Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

It was good until it wasn't. We had over 100 client files to be moved in a different area that disappeared. Tech support said it was a glitch since we've performed that same procedure before and the files appeared where they should be; just so happened that this particular time they did not. We looked everywhere for them and couldn't find them. This is an issue not only because we should be able to find the files, but more importantly because we need the files for a client to pay a 6 figure invoice and for their audit. There is no instant chat support like some other programs or even a phone number to call, so we submit the help request for tech support. After some back and forth, including me showing tech support the screenshot of the folder names and where they were at first, tech support couldn't find them so they escalated it to the "dev team," but I guess we aren't important enough for them so it's been over a week without a resolution, any update, etc. I've had to email them and ask when to expect any type of update, response, etc.
Based on a conversation with someone else who used to use them, if you aren't on their top tier account: you aren't a priority. However, I feel that shouldn't matter since I've been utilizing their service over a year and all customers that spend money should be treated equal. This wouldn't fly with one of our clients that we were providing a service to and I believe that all clients that pay should be treated with the same amount of respect.
I chose this program after reading some other reviews, especially when I saw that I could keep files here organized for each client for historical reference and for audits, since a lot of our work includes projects that utilize federal funding. Well, guess what? Now we are missing money for each day that this issue continues to go on without a resolution and SuiteDash is no help. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I am still learning to use the platform to its potential, but it is extremely versatile and powerful. SuiteDash était étonnamment simple à configurer et assez flexible. C'est agréable d'avoir des options pour gérer les niveaux d'accès par utilisateur, entreprise ou cercles. C'est également agréable d'avoir des étapes simples pour que les clients puissent configurer le portail comme une application sur leur appareil mobile.
Le portail a une apparence professionnelle et les fonctionnalités en marque blanche sont faciles à suivre. L'intégration avec Stripe est rapide et c'est formidable d'avoir plusieurs options pour les devises, car Stripe nous permet d'accepter des paiements dans différentes devises. Il est même possible de définir la position du symbole monétaire à gauche ou à droite. Le système dispose d'options CRM intégrées et de messagerie, même personnalisées via SMTP, il serait formidable de voir des options d'intégration avec d'autres CRM afin que nous puissions correctement étiqueter les clients sur nos listes.
