I'm a person that struggles to answer emails fast because most apps don't allow me to see the entire conversation in one go. I've always felt that for answering someone's email, I have to sit down at my computer, look at the whole discussion one email by one with my client, and answer them correctly.

With Spike, it doesn't happen anymore. Now my emails are just like a WhatsApp conversation or a chat conversation. I can look at the whole discussion in one go because it is like any other chat app. It looks so much like a chat that allows me to answer fast and efficiently. 1. The fact that you can't multi-select on the search results. What is going on with that? you can multi-select threads on the inbox but not on the search results and you can't do that either when you click on a contact on all their conversations. I have talked to their support and they said that feature is coming on the next update. That shouldn't even be a feature, how is that not possible?

2. You can't label multiselected threads, emails or people all at the same time... WOW that's a basic, seriously how in the world this is not possible to be done?

3.The fact that you can't move all the conversations from the same thread, at the same time into a specific label. You are only moving the contact into the label. Which is good as long as you work with Spike only. If I happen to access Gmail from someone else's computer, the conversations won't be labelled because the other email apps don't work with labelling contacts, they work with labelling emails.

4. You can't move threads and emails from one account to another one. I can do that on many other apps but it's not possible here. So now I have to do this using a different app. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
