Having begun our partnership with Softeon and their WMS solution last year, we've been very impressed with their ability to customize the solution to meet our needs. L'interface logicielle pour la gestion des stocks et la préparation des commandes est très facile à utiliser, elle est parfaitement comprise sans aucune difficulté, elle répond aux besoins opérationnels que nous exigeons dans notre organisation, la configuration principale est simple à réaliser, il n'y a pas eu de problèmes majeurs depuis son implémentation. Le système est évolutif, à tout moment l'interface vous donne une visibilité complète des stocks, il est possible de synchroniser avec Excel pour obtenir des données numériques plus complètes. Le coût de la maintenance logicielle est cher, au début cela peut être complexe à comprendre et les informations sur le programme ne sont pas abondantes, cela serait très utile si l'équipe de support pouvait fournir des conseils, ils sont très lents à résoudre les problèmes. The best part of Softeon WMS is the ability to perform product movements in the warehouse. The system does a great job of understanding the 4 walls, and assisting in getting the product in the building and making it available for fulfillment. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The system is too custom. There is no base product in current state for legacy customers. We have been told they are going to stop doing customizations, but that is not how softweare platforms work. There is base code that is updated for all users, but the customers have the ability to make customiozations and enhancements in the areas they need in order to run their business.
