Il n'y a qu'une seule fonctionnalité que j'aimerais dans l'enchère et ils travaillent déjà à la mettre en place dans quelques mois. Nos enseignants se mettent aux enchères pour 5 des plus hauts enchérisseurs (pour aller manger une glace ou quelque chose) et nous attendons avec impatience un moyen facile de l'offrir à nos familles. Silent Auction Pro a été très utile pour s'organiser et rester organisé pour notre enchère. C'est un logiciel assez complexe, donc l'utilisateur débutant peut être un peu intimidé par toutes les options, mais le personnel de support est toujours (et je veux dire presque toujours) disponible pour expliquer les choses et vous aider à résoudre les problèmes. Ils peuvent se connecter et regarder votre événement avec vous, et vous donner des retours réels, plutôt que de simples suggestions générales, ce qui est d'une grande aide. Les ressources vidéo d'instruction sont également beaucoup plus utiles qu'un ensemble d'instructions imprimées et sont disponibles sur YouTube. Vendre des billets en ligne est très utile, et le partenariat que SAP a avec Vantiv est une excellente fonctionnalité. Les gens chez Vantiv sont également très faciles à travailler et la configuration du compte marchand pour accepter les cartes de crédit s'est faite très facilement. Le logiciel SilentAuction Pro a été très utile pour nous aider à organiser l'enchère et obtenir les résultats facilement et en temps opportun. Nous avons eu un problème qui nous a causé un certain retard et de la confusion. Nous avions des Dîners de Célébrités dont nous savions qu'ils susciteraient beaucoup d'intérêt et auraient plusieurs gagnants. Nous ne voulions pas utiliser l'option de prix fixe qui est offerte pour plusieurs gagnants parce que nous voulions la compétition. Nous avons fini par avoir un certain retard à la caisse parce que nous n'étions pas préparés à suivre les multiples gagnants dans cette situation. Cependant, je pense qu'une consultation plus étroite avec le personnel de soutien de SAP à l'avance aurait pu nous aider à éviter la plupart du retard (et toute la confusion). Nous pensons également qu'il devrait y avoir un tarif pour les organismes à but non lucratif parce que les frais facturés par le logiciel en plus des frais facturés par Vantiv s'additionnent et réduisent la mission de notre organisation. Silent Auction Pro offers features and functionality that we were able to use all through our event. Donation entry was intuitive and loved that we could bring in items that the donor has donated before so that we didn't have to retype everything on repeat donations. The demo environment allowed us to get volunteer committee members up to speed quickly and also allowed us to practice on some creative set up to meet our auction needs. We used the ticketing feature to offer a variety of ticket options, some only displaying with a promo code, and love the addition of the asking for the email address for a ticket purchasers' guests. This made it really simple to reach all attendees with the marketing tools. Allowing the ticket purchasers to select the meal, or any other item we programmed made the table/catering coordination easy. We used the marketing features to promote the event to our attendees as well as help them feel connected to the event that was a couple months away. We set up an online auction the week before our event and people loved it! The online auction was open to the public so it allowed parents to share with friends and family that weren’t planning on attending. We posted the event auction items on the online auction as “previews” to entice bidders to attend to get a chance at the rest of the silent and live items. We did our own check in/out this year with volunteers instead of having to purchase a consultant to run it for us and it was a great success. We were the most knowledgeable about the auction and knew the attendees so it was an enjoyable experience for the attendees. Reporting is good, check in/out is all on one page, the system performance is great and I loved that we could access the system even from our smart phone browser to check on things, make changes etc. any time, any where. Special characters aren't allowed in donation title so we had to change once they got loaded as an auction item. Special characters in the description like " for inch threw off the formatting of the data export to excel. Reporting is good, but would have liked a few more reports or the ability to create ad hoc reports. We found one report provided this item, but another report provided this item so we had to export to excel and do look up functions which is tedious to do each time. Would like more options for formatting of bid sheets, and also would like to see some additional options with displaying, leveraging the "Donation Tag" feature which is critical for us as our teams need to be identified. We knew we were struggling with check in and check out lines and not giving our guests the best possible experience at our annual gala event. I did some research and found Silent Auction Pro. We were able to call and get a demo the next day - we couldn't believe how user friendly the system was and how much it would cut down on the time it took us to manually create packages and create display sheets. I was also excited about how easy it would be to send a thank you to event attendees, bidders and donors the day after the event. I also had access to all sorts of reports following our gala and could quickly generate statistics from the event. This all usually takes me up to a week after the event to pull all the information. We received great feedback on the ease of use - we jumped right in and used the mobile bidding. Guests of all ages could use their smartphone or go to a kiosk in the room to quickly place bids and receive notifications if they had been outbid, leaving them more time to socialize with other guests. Customer service was awesome - we had a question during the event, we called and talked to someone right away who walked us through exactly what we needed to do. If I had to pick one thing, it would be in regards to bidder/donor records. We'd like the ability to delete a bidder as well as assign our own bidder numbers to guests. Other than this one small item, we had zero complaints! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
