For future clients looking for reviews here, I would li ke to note that the past negative reviews are all made by . people whose the application has been declined. But this has no link with the quality of their product and service. This is a high-risk payment processor so yes they have strictest rules in terms of compliance.If you don't have a missing document like proof of address or i don't know what else, they won't accept you. It's also about your business, the way you manage it and your product. For example, before we had a web app allowing people to exchange "sexting" sessions on Snapchat. They were not able to accept us because the chat (service provided) asnot taking place in a place (site or app) we own and can monitor. This is because, to offer high-riskpayment services like they do, they need to respect very strict rules required by their banks and financial partners to keep running their business. So yes, we also felt frustrated when they declined our application on this app. But when we came back wirth our new product and compliant documents, they were as available and helpful as described above.

You need a few skills to setup the payment process. There are many rules you can implement to optimize your paymentr success rate, chargeback, etc. But they offer to provide you with theirown recommendationssoactually this is not really a pain. As a business owner, this company is awful to work with. I went from paying a $25/mn credit card usage to to $340/mn usage fee within two years. They most recently increased their "settle volume fee" from .05% to .25% without any notification from Feb 2024 to March 2024.

Les prix sont très peu clairs à moins que vous n'utilisiez déjà le programme. Je pense qu'il est comparable à d'autres logiciels disponibles, mais il est difficile de le dire en fonction de l'utilisation que vous en faites. J'aimerais que nous puissions accéder à plus de 24 mois de données passées... c'est seulement nécessaire pendant la période fiscale jusqu'à présent, mais parfois c'est pénible lorsque nous devons consulter d'anciennes données. Le service client n'est pas très bon lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'assistance. Dans le passé, ils ne sont pas très utiles et ne reviennent pas vers vous avec une solution. The customer service and deposits
I have been trying to get help with deposits and merchant numbers for 2 months. It has been an accounting nightmare to try and reconcile what we took in to what is deposited. I am now 3 months behind on reconciling because of the lack of service. I have called several times a week with no resolution. The worst is I spent 4 hours on a phone call and 3hr and 45 minutes of that was on hold after I told them my issue. No resolution, they created yet another case with no call or response.
