Schoox offers a plethora of useful features. The interface itself is extremely intuitive for all learner levels (tech-savvy down to minimal computer inexperience), the platform itself can be customized to match the needs of our company, and the countless features within enable us to lead to business growth through skills management, succession planning, KPIs, etc.
One final note to touch on is the training orientation they implement to ensure the admins are proficient with the interface before going live, as well as the knowledgeable/friendly Schoox support staff/customer success manager who are available at your fingertips. In regards to the platform itself there are no downsides to using Schoox. If there is a feature that you wish to see/adjust, Support is always open to making improvements to the interface based on our feedback. This further enforces they care about their customers needs. It’s a buy out of the box product so you need to customize how you want it. There are a lot of features I didn’t realize it had when I was building our platform at Cheddars that I see now with Cane’s. J'ai beaucoup utilisé Schoox au travail parce que nous avions souvent des modules à compléter avant une certaine date pour mon restaurant. C'était utile lorsque nous avions de nouveaux articles comme les margaritas du mois, ou si nous retirions quelque chose du menu et promouvions autre chose, ou si nous devions rapidement comprendre l'essentiel d'une nouvelle politique ou règle. Je n'aimais pas le fait que les modules que nous devions compléter étaient essentiellement des "devoirs" que nous devions faire pour notre travail. Cela me donnait l'impression d'être à l'école plutôt que d'être utile. Cependant, cela avait du sens et la plupart du temps c'était facultatif.
