I like that I can help more than 1 customer at a time. I also like that customers can take their time in answering me. If they are busy and at work they can ask a question I can answer it and they can respond at their connivence.

I love the easy to use intergrations that come with Pure-chat such as with slack the visitors tab is very nice but has a slight bug issue as it stands overall its a great product with some great stuff built into it. There is non stop crashing and the visitors page is totally broken that needs a major fix. When you drop connection the pure-chat page will stay on reconnecting even though you've reconnected to the internet sometimes a browser restart does not fix this issue. I enjoy being able to assist the customers while continuing to work on other work. It's nice that customers can send messages that we can respond to during business hours. I like that I do not actually have to speak to the customers on the phone. Chat reduces the amount of calls that we take.
