The system is fairly easy to navigate WITH a introduction, only because there are a lot of uses so you might need to be told about them so you can get the most use of system. I also like how it allowed us to coordinate between our sales department and engineering department all in the same system as we could look at our customer feedback. We are a small engineering design organization. What I like best is that Propel is leveraging their design on the Salesforce platform tools and therefore when we ask for changes they are usually able to accommodate because the SF platform likely already supports what we want to add. Anything that SF does not do, Propel pretty much has to say "we are hoping that will be added soon." In other words, the reliance on Salesforce is both a plus and a minus, but overall, a very large plus and a smart way to develop the Propel service. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
