We love that Propel works with our existing Salesforce platform and can integrate with our asset tracking for researching BOMs of past products and tracking for the future! It is important for our team to have a BOM level view of parts alongside our Customer asset tracking. Finally, we were able to work on some Cost features that were custom but will help our team in tracking and the ability to update pricing or a part in one location that can be updated in multiple products at one time! Considering the complexity of our Propel Implementation (8-9 external integrations to other systems/processes), our implementation was fairly customized.
