I love the payment system best in Prompt! It takes the guess work out of owed payments and makes transactions smooth and fool proof. I love that patients see their balances on the kiosk and typically pay them right at the time they notice the balance! This takes the awkwardness out of the conversations the front desk have on a daily basis. Overall I have been extremely happy with the transition to Prompt from WebPT once we got though the growing pains. I am grateful for the team at Prompt as they have also been so helpful throughout! These are all minor issues and they do not change my mind of Prompt being a fantastic addition to our company. Authorizations can be a little rough especially when claims attach to the wrong authorization and create eligibility concerns. I believe our offices will find a work around for this issue. Aside from that, not being able to do FLR surveys post check in can be difficult to navigate especially if they pre-check in. Last issue is the way that the files are split when doing PT and OT. It is hard to differentiate the daily notes and re-evals while in the files.

One of my favorite things is the ability to send paperwork to patients prior to their first session; it helps the therapists and the front desk, plus the patient is happy they can jump straight into their session once they arrive. The billing module is great and very concise and easy to use, even as a first time user. When scheduling multiple appointments for either a patient or "other/personal" block, I don't like that once it's been set, each appointment can only be edited individually as opposed to as a whole. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

What I like best about Prompt is the ongoing growing. Prompt continues to do updates in their system, to make it as easy as possible to grow with the system, as things are always changing. Prompt continues to change and provide videos on how to keep up with the industry. This also allows for a sense of ease for customers like myself, that they are keeping up with the industry. Unfortunately, with a positive, there is a negative. With the industry always changing and Prompt keeping up with these changes, there are many videos with updates. The videos can become tedious but without these videos, we wouldn't know how to utilize the system to its full potential. So with that being said, it's still a positive.

I love the ease of use. The user interface and features allow for a very forgiving system and one that makes all admin/clinic process more efficient/effective. It has live reports and creates a kind of transparency that no other EMR possess. The software is great and getting better with frequent updates to quality of life features. What makes Prompt exceptional is the team behind it. Transitioning between EMRs is never easy, but ours was well informed and prepared becasue the the support we got from our dedicated onboarding coaches. We not only transitioned EMR's, but we had also taken the oppertunity to bring billing back in house. Prompt's dedicated billing transition team helped us make this as smooth as possible.
