All of their customer support is based in the US...and they actually answer the phones! They perform thorough searches, way beyond the typical database searches that you'll see from other companies. Peopletrail is clear about what products and services they are offering. At times, there can be a bit of mysticism with regard to what searches/services are actually being provided on each check.
