Il existe plusieurs champs qui n'ont aucune logique intégrée. Certains des champs ont une certaine automatisation et intelligence au niveau de ServiceNow et avec cela, il est généralement supposé que la même intelligence et logique s'appliquerait aux champs. Le problème est que bien que ces champs se ressemblent, ils sont complètement uniques à la solution Nuvolo, absolument déconnectés de la solution ServiceNow plus large.
