Ce que je n'aime pas chez Airgram, c'est la façon dont les comptes gratuits ont été limités. Airgram permettait auparavant 7 enregistrements gratuits par mois, ce qui était vraiment apprécié. I love that Airgram not only transcribes my calls, but also the fact that it records the video of the call. This was missing from the other provider that I was using. Also, I love the fact that it works in multiple languages and I can choose that. One last thing is the fact that it works on all the online meeting apps that I need. It would be great if it had a translation service from other languages that are not english. Also, it would be great if it supported more online meeting platforms like Bluejeans. Love how the meeting is broken down into sub sections that capture the key areas like takeaways, pain points, and follow up items. Usually the meeting summary is quite accurate. Transcript is only about 50-60% accurate for Spanish version but I imagine this will improve as the technology develops.
