In working with nChannel, we've helped clients streamline data between systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Quickbooks, eBay, and Amazon. Their existing connectors, paired with their ability to customize gives them a lot of resources to meet the needs of their clients. Multi-Channel builds are complex by nature. We have seen some clients get frustrated during the process, especially when the clients request scope changes, or the client's don't have the resources available to get through deployment and testing in a timely fashion. This can happen on the E-commerce build side too, so we understand it, but it can hold us up on the website launch side of things.
While we've seen nChannel continue to evolve as a company, we have seen some change over through the years, and it has impacted us, but you can't bake a cake without breaking a few eggs.
