I use Miro for organizing information related to a project. Screenshots, links, flow diagrams, competitve details, timelines - everything goes into a GIANT Miro board where I can easily find what I need and efficiently share it with others. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
At my last job we had a limited group of people that needed to actually collaborate and add to Miro project boards, and a lot of people who just needed read access. What I absolutely hated was how Miro would allow people to join the team, and automatically add them as an additional licensee - thereby increasing the subscription each time. I would constantly have to remove them so we wouldn't get billed. I wasn't able to turn this feature off (although I didn't spend too much time trying). IIRC, my solution was to share the board link and grant viewer only access. However other teammates were not always as careful when they shared boards, causing the invitees to get added to my license. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I like that Miro boards allow you to do so many different things, from flow charts, to information organization, brainstorming, to keeping track of tasks. It's such a great tool for collaboration: I like that you can have many collaborators in one board at once, each doing their thing, without the user experience getting laggy or frustrating. It's easy for anyone to figure out - the barrier to entry is very low. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
There's not much I don't like. I believe it's exactly the tool it's claiming to be. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I have been using Miro for many years with my team. As a UX researcher I think that Miro an excellent collaborative visual tool where I can collate research ideas and plans. I also use Miro with end users 1:1 and in group sessions. Miro board is at tims for us the core communications tool throughout a project life cycle. Miro is easy to use, new users (clients and research participants onboard pretty smoothly). Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Not much. I would love to be able to copy-paste comments as we cycle through versions of a sitemap, at the moment these need to be individually dragged into each version. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I give it my full recommendation! Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
My main criticism of Miro.com would be its performance with very large or complex boards. When a board is filled with many elements, images, or embedded files, the platform can sometimes respond more slowly, especially on older devices or with a weaker internet connection. This can lead to frustration during meetings where time and efficiency are crucial. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The interface is intuitive and makes collaboration seamless, even for those who are not very tech-savvy. Setting up boards, adding elements, and organizing ideas is straightforward, which saves time and helps keep the team focused on the project. Additionally, the templates available are a great starting point, making it quick to adapt the tool to different workflows. Miro truly simplifies teamwork and creativity! What I dislike about Miro is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming when working on very large boards with multiple collaborators. As the content grows, navigating through the board and maintaining organization becomes a bit challenging. Additionally, performance can occasionally lag when there are too many elements or users working simultaneously, which can disrupt the workflow. While these issues don’t happen often, they can be frustrating during critical moments. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

Miro is a really good software to create boards, interact with the team, organize information, create presentatios etc. In our team we use miro everyday as an essential tool to organize our work, to create visual presentations and control boards.
Also I felt really glad that Miro customer support team came to me to get to know what I think that could be done to improve the work on the software, this is the first time a software support team reaches me for this kind of true opinion. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The only thing I can remember is that when you copy as image 2 images, they come together when you paste it, while in my opinion the pictures should paste as separate images. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

What I love most about Miro is its limitless space and the freedom it offers to outline almost anything you can imagine. As an introvert, I sometimes find it challenging to communicate my thoughts clearly to others. But thanks to Miro, that’s no longer an issue. It allows me to effortlessly visualize my ideas, map out my thought processes, and even prototype my app concepts. Miro truly feels like an extension of my creative mind. I genuinely enjoy using Miro and don't have any major complaints about it. While occasional bugs can pop up, they’re typically resolved with updates, so it’s not a big issue. The only aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the way text color changes sometimes behave unpredictably—it could use some refinement for a smoother experience. Miro is the best tool for collaborative editing of product ideas. It integrates perfectly with Jira, Confluence, Figma. Miro has many tools that you can use in meetings with colleagues, such as a timer, dice roll, slideshows, polls, planner boards, etc. In our company, we use Miro every day. Simply because it is easy to use. With Miro, you can quickly and easily sketch out ideas and then work with your team to put them into a readable and visual form. The service is so convenient and reliable that we have never contacted customer support during the entire year and a half of working with this tool in our company. and some time ago the desktop client consumed a lot of computer resources, but now it seems the problem has been solved. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Project management is a bit mechanical. Miro makes it possible, and often fun, to share dynamic and colorful presentations of complex content. Collaboration and note taking happens at the same time while I follow a scripted narrative, and Miro is the only place I can do this. The desktop/mobile experience is very strong, and the offerings of embedded video, websites, and stickers helps add even more spirit to the experience. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I dislike very little. I wish only that it were A) faster to snap a bunch of object into a row, grid, or column. (Currently a couple more clicks than I prefer. I must move individual things a bit before using "align") and B) Possible to operate boards from two login accounts within the desktop app would be helpful. I have a personal Miro account and Business account which I use every day. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

It allows you to play with ideas freely. I use it for a myriad of reasons, including research, ideation of new concepts, prioritisation of experiments, designing wireframes and creating workshops for clients.
It's quite simple to grasp how to use it and with time it became an essential part of my day to day, especially once I started having bigger responsibilities in my company. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The iPad app is not as seemless as I'd like — using the desktop and ipad version at the same time is great, but the pencil feature is still not as good as Goodnotes or Notability, so Miro is not my preferred software for notetaking. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
