That way it doesn't feel we force debtors to pay but rather communicate with our clients for best payment practices driving brand loyalty. We barely need any support because of the intuitive application, but if we do, customer service is very quick to respond in a couple of hours. Customer service is always very professional, helpful and friendly, issues are typically resolved on the same day. MaxCredible is also very quick in implementing the tool.
