Matter has improved our team's morale and brought our long-distance team together. We have 2 offices in in 2 different states as well as several team members who work remotely. Matter has helped keep our company culture alive over long distances by allowing others to be recognized for their efforts and informing the rest of the team about how awesome their co-workers are!
