Aside from being a great knowledge management solution, MLS has done tremendous work to evolve their tech to remain relevant. I appreciate that their keep their customers at the heart of their product innovation and improvement cycles.
They make a lot of efforts to engage with us as insights people to understand how to implement, but also how we use it, how we socialize it, how we encourage our stakeholders to become active users too.

It's a flexible and usable platform, while not as configurable as SharePoint, it is probably more suitable for organisations who don't have the (considerable) resources required to really make the most out of SP.
