I liked Syteline for the streamlining of processes within our organization. If you are looking for an ERP system for HR purposes, I can't say this is the one for you. While we didn't use it mainly for that, I dug around and found it was not very useful for any HR functions. I did not like the security portion of it - it seems users can access pretty much anything, and you can't "block" access to specific modules from certain employees, which other ERP systems can do.
