Health Champion provided a quick and efficient way for our school to ask the necessary health screening questions remotely. Other software systems would have taken weeks to set up but, I set up HC on my own in one day. The app is easy for our staff and parents to download. We could enroll users in the system by entering their email or sharing a group code. As an admin I check users compliance every morning from a computer web browser. Would have liked a person to talk through set up details before launching. We ended up having three pathways since changes were made after the fact. It was VERY confusing for users and for me to get them all on the same path and delete the other pathways.

Would like to customize the notification time. I can't imagine 9am 7 days a week works for most organizations.

At times support was slow to respond especially if I had multiple complicated questions.
