Il y a quelques éléments qui se démarquent lorsqu'on pense à la manière dont Entelo a aidé ici chez Beeswax. En ce moment, je suis actuellement une équipe d'une seule personne. Avec l'utilisation d'Entelo, je peux augmenter mes efforts de sourcing quotidiens et me retrouver à être plus productif en moins de temps. Le fait qu'Entelo agrège plusieurs réseaux sociaux me permet d'obtenir de meilleures informations sur les candidats que j'examine. Je travaille principalement sur des rôles techniques, donc pouvoir naviguer vers StackOverflow/GitHub avec un minimum d'efforts me fait gagner un temps précieux pour effectuer des tâches quotidiennes supplémentaires. J'aime que l'outil fournisse une grande quantité de données sur les candidats.

Great at finding emails and has some interesting fields to add to your searches. I often turn to it when I need to spend some time focusing on making my pipelines more diverse. USA focus, and I ultimately always finds myself on Linkedin because whatever is in Entelo is often slightly outdated. It's also difficult to find more information often on candidates it hasn't seen before. You can request a profile, but it won't always be able to turn around and get you more information on them. I really like that it syncs well with my ATS. When I have to upload candidates its so easy and efficient. Other tools are not as easy and make it hard to put candidates in the system. By making it easier, it really saves me a lot of time and effort. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I wish it had as many profiles as Linkedin. I go to Linkedin first to find candidates since Entelo does not have as many. Entelo does have a good amount of candidate profiles to look up but the UI is not as easy as Linkedin.
