There was very less information available and I felt the onboarding was not fully complete on Enboarder. After joining, I had to go through different channels to get more information such as internal tools, applications links. Enboarder allows for text and/or email communications to go out to new employees who will be onboarding at our Company. I like the ease of editing profiles and information as it is constantly changes in our industry. The user interface is simple. It also integrates directly with salesforce. I dislike that the bulk onboarding feature of our enboarder campaign does not work effectively. You can't bulk edit information because each individual has different personal information such as names and phone numbers. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The customer service has been phenomenal. Quick responses, thoughtful solutioning, and a true white glove experience are all things that come with Enboarder. I truly felt that the company is our partner and wants us to succeed. They are patient and willing to work with you no matter your technological skill level.

The system is incredibly intuitive and easy to use! There is so much you can learn and do in the system but the first few setups are done with your account rep and they are fantastic to work with. They guide you through anything you need and will continue to work with you to get the most out of the system even after you are up and running.

Honestly, we had very few issues with enboarder. The biggest issue was getting our processes and integrations setup correctly. The system needs you to have your procedures well defined.

Étant donné que l'entreprise est si nouvelle, elle n'a actuellement pas d'intégration avec le fournisseur de vérification des antécédents/dépistage de drogues que nous utilisons. De plus, il serait idéal que toute personne ayant partiellement complété les éléments d'intégration soit ramenée à l'endroit où elle s'était arrêtée plutôt que de recommencer depuis le début et de cliquer jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne l'endroit où elle doit être.
