Ease is so simple to use and is extremely user friendly in navigating the tabs and information you need. They also have carrier feeds for your vendors and COBRA support, which has made life so much easier. Our broker is able to login and do all of the work. I also love that it shows the employees how much their monthly premiums will be as they go, so nothing is a surprise when they get to the end of their enrollment. The actual SUBMISSION of elections gets missed often by employees because it's after you are forced to leave a review. I think holding employees' information hostage to solicit a review is unethical, and it requires me to chase after them to go back in and start all over to get their elections done on time.

This is my 3rd Open Enrollment using the Ease software and I cannot say enough good things about it. Much smoother than the process we had in place before. I like how user friendly the benefits enrollment process is. You can add your beneficiaries, and it gives you a running total on the side so you know how much it will cost you each month/pay period. As a benefit administrator, one thing I dislike is that some of the benefits are not completely set up with the carrier.
