The entire enrollment process is awesome. It makes managing our business so much easier. We're still in the process of transferring clients onto the Ease platform and I can tell you that when an addition or deletion comes up that's not on Ease, we cringe a little at the extra work. They need more carrier integrations which they are adding. When a carrier is on the platform, its incredible! There is nothing for us to do after an enrollment is completed.
