We like that we have all of our client's information at our fingertips. Being we are also an accounting firm, we can upload their tax returns to the vault and the clients can have easy access. Everything is seen as a snapshot which is great for the clients. The clients like that all of their information can be stored in one place and that they can log on easily and see where they stand financially. The ability to run various scenarios and reports is very beneficial also. This opens up conversations with clients to see what other issues we can assist them with.
