J'aime que nous puissions montrer un message cohérent à toute notre entreprise via leurs signatures d'e-mail. La capacité de montrer des messages différents en fonction des différentes équipes est très bénéfique. Par exemple, le message que notre équipe de vente affiche est très différent de celui que l'équipe de développement affiche car ils interagissent avec des publics différents. Terminus enables you to hit key accounts based on any criteria that exists within Salesforce which is great. The pricing model is much more flexible than other ABM solutions which is beneficial as well although it would be nice to have the option for a CPC model vs a CPM model (just a suggestion but not really a big issue)! Additionally the sales and support teams have been extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish. They are always able to assist with any questions in a timely manner. While worth it, It takes time to set up and customize the account to ensure different activities and efforts (ie emails, webinars, tradshows, etc) are properly weighted and attributed to sales. There are several things that I like about Terminus: 1. Costs are competitive with other ABM applications. 2. The ability to see which organizations are coming to our website is incredibly useful when used in conjunction with other applications. 3. Deux choses. Premièrement, l'intégration avec notre CSM a été phénoménale. Probablement l'intégration SaaS la plus "haut de gamme" que nous ayons jamais vécue. We have had some challenges with the chrome extension not working based on our tech stack, which prohibits us from seeing the individual user information in the analytics. the integrations take a very long time and effort to get right. And constantly need to be corrected if the structure is changed in the CRM.
The targeting figures that were promised are far below what is actually obtained. Especially since linkedin has allowed targeting directly, it makes a very little business case to go for terminus. Unless you want to spend a lot of money on ads.
