We need a way to estimate a complete project schedule with dates in the project command center for the marketing and constuction phases (ie. from a start date and duration based on a standard earned value analysis (EVA) curve) by an inexpensive admin project setup employee. No project manager has time to enter these dates. (Our organization would have to enter over 10,000 dates per year) This results in rejection of the date system. This results in a bad opinion of the schedule manager because there are not dates and no new features work.
